MyGold is formed by transforming a longstanding company and files with the Bank of Italy for Professional Gold Operator status, aligning governance and processes to regulatory expectations.

2020
Licensing & LBMA Supply Chain
MyGold receives code 5008800 to operate in the precious-metals sector, completes licensing, and signs agreements with domestic and international LBMA-accredited refiners for purchase and storage of 999.9/1000 gold.

2021
Compliance & Infrastructure Upgrade
The company consolidates its client base and upgrades core systems, including the AML platform and institutional compliance software, strengthening auditability and operational resilience.

2022
MyCOM & Tesora Partnership Deepening
MyGold becomes a joint-stock company with €1 million capital and deepens integration with the Tesora/MyCOM network. Building on MyCOM’s research into market and policy risks, MyGold partners with the Tesora Investment Fund (Luxembourg) to enhance institutional solutions.
